» The Deadliest Catch
By John Di Lemme | Published 05/14/2007 | | Unrated
Many of you know my feelings about television...

I believe TV is a complete waste of time.

Statistics show that 98% of people will watch 3 to 5 hours of TV a day either early in the morning, sometimes during the day while on break at their job or when they come home in the evenings.

Some people even have to fall asleep while watching TV, which is Deadly to your spirit especially if it is the news or something like that.

I know that you are saying...

"John, what do you mean by 24 Hour Car Wash - Open?"

I am going to break down that exact title.

24

24 hours in a day. What do we all have in common?
We all have 24 hours in a day. Specifically, we all have 86,400 seconds to maximize and predict our future each and every day.

The question you have to ask yourself is.
» The Power That Lies Within Accountability
By John Di Lemme | Published 04/30/2007 | | Unrated
First off, allow me to breakdown the word POWER.

Power is the ability to create explosive results that lies within people and things.

There is also power within a vehicle like an automobile. When you press the pedal, the power that lies within the vehicle is ignited by the pedal.
» The Tiniest 1/1000th Of A Second !
By John Di Lemme | Published 04/23/2007 | | Unrated
We all have the ability to decide to make decisions that will determine the ultimate outcome and the achievement of our WHY in life!

There is a very thin line between being a Gold Medal winner and just being there.

The Olympic games are a great example of this statement. You could win a Gold Medal by beating your competitor by the tiniest 1/1000th of a second! (Less than it takes to blink an eye.
» That Little Bit Extra
By John Di Lemme | Published 04/16/2007 | | Unrated
The little bit extra is a very powerful concept to put into practice today in every aspect of your life. The difference between being ordinary and being extraordinary is that little bit EXTRA. It is what separates average performers from CHAMPIONS!

In a sales process, the little bit extra is that one extra follow-up call, that extra sincere thank-you or the extra little bit of energy that you put into the presentation of your business.
» Goals Are Damaging
By John Di Lemme | Published 03/9/2007 | | Rating:
Can you relate to setting goals and not achieving them? Have you ever been frustrated by trying to set goals when you know in your heart that you will never reach them? You even say to yourself, Who am I kidding? I will never accomplish this goal.

That is why I am here to tell you that goals are truly damaging for your future, because you beat yourself up over never reaching those goals and eventually just give up.
» Becoming An Information Filter And A Knowledge Sponge
By John Di Lemme | Published 03/2/2007 | | Unrated
On your daily journey to achieve your WHY, you will travel through many different avenues and sometimes you will ask yourself, "Why do I need to meet this person or experience this situation?" The key is to truly understand that you must become an information filter and use your personal God-given filters -- your eyes and your ears. I always say that you were born with 4 inputs (2 eyes, 2 ears) and 1 output (mouth).
» Success or Bust!
By John Di Lemme | Published 02/23/2007 | | Unrated
We have all been driving down the road and seen those infamous signs in the back of all types of automobiles that say something like Disneyland or Bust. What does this mean? Basically, it means that those people are on their way to Disneyland and they will do absolutely anything no matter how much money, time or gas that they waste. They will get to Disneyland or BUST (go broke, run out of gas, waste too much time) trying to get there.
» In Success Language, Failure Means You Are Almost There!
By John Di Lemme | Published 02/16/2007 | | Unrated
I have to admit the title of my section this week is OUTSTANDING! We all know as we are progressing towards our personal goals, dreams and aspirations that we will fail repeatedly, and then all of a sudden we achieve our ultimate outcome and attain our WHY in LIFE! As I state on my story page, each failure is a stepping stone to Success, which in turn will become a very long and lovely stone walkway into the castle of your DREAMS! You must truly internalize the need to fail in life.
» Tear Up Your To Do Lists!
By John Di Lemme | Published 02/9/2007 | | Unrated
Most of you have those tedious To Do list that you create in an effort to get more things done in your day. But let us take time to really look at your To Do list. The actual words To Do have a negative connotation, and when you look at that list on a daily basis you think to yourself, I MUST get this stuff done! It is like meeting a deadline on a daily basis.
