Without seeing a picture of the koi it is very difficult to correctly name it. I also have a 2 solid yellow koi, one is what they call a ginrin yama butterfly. The koi are a mix of jap and magnoi with sturgen. The closer the koi is to the natural carp the hardier it is. Any koi that does fit a type of koi falls into the Kawarimono class which is all other koi.

Making pasta is very simple - you just need a little bit of patience. To make egg pasta use a ratio of 100g of 00 (double zero) flour to every medium-sized egg. 100g of pasta is enough for one person. Mix the two together until you obtain soft, elastic dough.

It should be like pinching the bottom of a baby, although I'm not sure you can say that nowadays! When the dough is at the right consistency wrap it in some plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
