There is a section of the population that remains not too concerned about their eating habits. For healthy living lower cholesterol is key ingredient. Excessive blood cholesterol will eventually lead to arteries getting clogged. When the arteries get clotted it leads to the disease termed as atherosclerosis. In this disease the blood vessel contract to an extent where the blood flow through our veins is adversely affected ultimately leading to a stroke or heart attack. The reason is that when there less space for blood to flow it has to work harder to achieve this objective and hence we get tired and when it cannot sustain the system any longer it results in a heart attack. To reduce high cholesterol many alternatives are being developed. But the best approach still remains the the natural way.

The one thing that is imperative to naturally reducing cholesterol is that a good food diet has to be at the center of all your food eating habits. This good food diet means more vegetables in the food and completely avoiding cholesterol laded food. Food should have stuff rich in minerals & vitamins. Medical studies have suggested foods such as garlic, olive oil and avocados aid in lowering cholesterol. Distance yourself from fried food; food that is grilled is healthier. Additionally fiber rich food too is beneficial in fighting high cholesterol. Looking for some more natural cholesterol preventing options then if you can avoid alcohol and smoking then that's an added benefit as well.
