The Secret of Getting That Perfect Body
Are you tired of passing out on that promotion? Are you tired of being ignored by the woman of your dreams? If the answer to all the above questions is yes then you have come to the right place. It is common knowledge that if you look good, you will walk, act and talk great.

The confidence which you radiate because of looking good can help you get that promotion you've been dying to get all those years. Women are easily swept of their feet with a man who oozes confidence. You do not have to be rich or use the same old pick up lines to win the girl of your dreams.

There is a wide misconception that the secret to looking good and losing fat is all about going on diet. This concept is very far fetched and all those people who have tried it end up getting very negative results. You should however note that looking good does not mean looking like those models in the magazine. Most of those male models take steroids to look super human while the female models snort cocaine or fat blockers just to maintain their body size. Such dangerous practices are not the ideal way of attaining the perfect body.

Some of the things you need to include in your muscle routine include;

1. Use heavy weights with high intensity
This does not mean you go and lift weights which are more than you can handle. It simply means following the saying no pain no gain by the book. Almost everything in life abides by this principle. If you want good grades in college, you have to sacrifice the number of times you go out on a Friday night and instead catch up on your studies.

Thus if you want positive results you have to be ready to do some heavy lifting at the same time maintaining consistency. This will only be difficult when you are starting out because you will experience a lot of pain and discomfort. However you body muscles will naturally adapt after some when you make it part of your daily routine. Therefore for continuous gain in muscle mass the importance of using weights cannot be overemphasized.

High intensity in short means lifting the weights continuously without break, thus ensuring that the muscles do not have enough time to recover and hence reach muscle overload quickly. Only when you reach muscle overload are your muscles ready to recover and grow.

2. Take a diet which is rich in natural protein
For the proper growth of body muscles the fundamental building blocks needed to make them grow bigger and stronger are natural proteins. Although synthetic proteins also called steroids exist, using them can pose great health risks and at the same time inhibit serious muscle building by making the environment less conducive.

3. Rest
The importance of rest is usually underestimated by most body builders. Without rest you cannot acquire more muscles period. Failure to give your body time to rest might actually lead to lose of already acquired muscles.
