Colon Hydrotherapy for Clearer Vision
Through the eyes, one can easily take information. The eyes are very important aspects in our learning and functional capabilities. But not all people are blessed with good vision, some are even born without the ability to see. However, for those who are quite blessed with good eyesight, somehow they tend to take it for granted. And sooner or later, their eyesight turns defective.

The eyes generally help people to adapt and appropriately function in the world. It is primarily responsible for transferring data in our brain to be processed for swift and prompt responses or reflexes. Light travels faster than sound so one is likely to witness something within the range of his eyesight before hearing the sound reverberating from what he had seen.

However, the eyes also have the tendency to adapt to the range it is frequently used for. That is why some people tend to be far sighted while others are nearsighted. It has been observed that people who tend to use their eyes to see at close range tend to be nearsighted than those who do not. Using the eyes on a limited scope consequently limits its range of sight. That is why if one usually works in front of a computer, or such similar situation wherein the eyes are strained to see at close range, the eye muscles should be kept flexible. Thus, one is advised to take vision and body breaks every once in a while during the entire day. However, this is only one factor which affects one's vision. Proper nutrition, posture and good lighting all play a part in helping the eyes.

In fact, more than 25% of the nutrients harvested from the food one ingests are used to sustain his visual system. Thus, a proper diet composed of whole grains, sea vegetables, fresh fruits and vegetables are very beneficial for the visual system. However, there are various factors that affect the nutrient content of the food as well as the capacity of the body to efficiently absorb the essential nutrients.

Factors that affect the nutrients in the foods include how the fruits, vegetables, and grains are cultivated, the manner in which the ingredients are stored, and how the foods are cooked. Raw fruits and vegetables are most advisable, especially the ones that are free of harmful farming chemicals. Also, fried foods, caffeine, alcohol, and foods high in sugar must be avoided. On the other hand, One's age, state of health, activity and stress levels are among the greatest factors that affect the body's capacity to absorb the nutrients from the healthful foods. That is why, detoxification treatments such as colon hydrotherapy, fasting, and various body work therapies such as accupressure and chiropractic can greatly help in reconditioning all bodily functions that are related to the visual system

Particularly, colon hydrotherapy and other cleansing treatments largely aid in clearing one's defective vision by relieving the body from lingering and proliferating toxins and bad bacteria that weaken the body. A huge part of the immune system is found around and in the digestive system, especially the bowel. Moreover, it is in this system that nutritious components from the ingested food are absorbed by the body need. So, unless the colon and other organs of elimination are not thoroughly cleansed, the body is not able to properly absorb the necessary nutrients.
